I’m a casting director, producer, and creative collaborator with more than 20 years of experience working across Broadway, film, television, and international theater.

Over the years, I’ve worked on Broadway productions like A Chorus Line, The Lion King, and Bring It On: The Musical. My film and television work has included projects with Paramount Pictures, 20th Century Fox, and HBO, along with collaborations with artists like Twyla Tharp, Tom Kitt and Lin-Manuel Miranda.

I’ve held leadership roles at organizations like The Muny and Theatre Under The Stars. In those roles I not only cast productions but helped reimagine systems, build new work pipelines, and made miracles happen on deadline and in budget.

I’m the co-creator of The Ugly Xmas Sweater Musical, now licensed by Concord Theatricals. I love building new work from the ground up and creating projects that surprise, entertain, and genuinely connect with audiences.

Teaching and mentorship are also a huge part of my life. I founded the Muny/Webster Intensive and continue to teach masterclasses and mentor performers through training programs and private coaching around the world. Helping artists connect their craft to the realities of this business is work I care deeply about.

I’m a four-time Artios Award nominee and a member of the Casting Society and the Dramatists Guild of America. These days, I split my time between Bangkok and Brooklyn, building creative bridges and collaborating on projects that excite me.

For a creative project to succeed, you need the right people in the room. People who spark that rare kind of alignment where everyone smashes their joy, talent, and tenacity into the work until something unexpected comes alive. I’m always looking for collaborators who thrive in that space. Let’s talk!

Hi, I’m Megan.
